you can use your action to magically assume the shape of a beast, specific to you, at will. The beast can either be chosen at random or discussed and picked with, or by, your Dm. While in beast shape your form uses the wildshape rules.

You can stay in a beast shape for a number of hours equal to half your level (rounded down) per long rest. You can revert as bonus action. You automatically revert if you fall unconscious, drop to 0 hit points, or die.

You regain the spent time when you finish a long rest.
