Ephimeral Luck

Whenever you roll the maximum value of a dice, you reroll it again and add both rolls to the final result. After activating this feat, you gain disadvantage the next turn on the next rolls based on what you rolled for. This feat can be used once per day to succeed automatically in one death roll.
