Bestowed upon you by a secretive circle of raven guardians, this blessing grants you the ability to assume a half‑raven, half‑humanoid shape. Your arms and shoulders sprout dark plumage, your hands can form needle‑sharp talons, and a sleek beak replaces your normal features. As you take flight with powerful wingbeats, you embody the guardianship these watchers have long held over the land. In this form, you merge cunning observation with swift aerial strikes, drifting from rooftop to rooftop to thwart lurking evils. Ravenlike instincts guide your eyes toward hidden threats, while subtle supernatural wards echo through your newly grown feathers. Even your gear is drawn into this hybrid shape, sheathed in ebon plumage, marking you unmistakably as both a vigilant protector and corvid kin.
Shapechanger
You gain the shapechanger sub-creature type. As a bonus action, you can polymorph into a raven-humanoid hybrid or into a raven, or back into your original form.
- Any equipment of your choice that you are wearing or carrying is also transformed.
- You revert to your original form upon gaining the unconscious condition.
- Your statistics remain the same in each form, except where noted below.
Raven Form.
- Your creature size becomes Tiny.
- You can only manipulate objects or equipment with your beak (no hands).
- Your walking speed is reduced to 10 feet, and you gain a flying speed equal to your normal walking speed.
Wereraven Form.
- You have a fly speed equal to your normal walking speed.
- Your unarmed strikes can deal piercing damage instead of bludgeoning.
- When you deal piercing damage with an unarmed strike, the minimum result on the damage die is 3 (any 1 or 2 on the die becomes a 3).
Sharpened Feathers
While in Raven or Wereraven form, your feathers become usable as thrown weapons. You can create a number of sharpened feathers equal to your proficiency bonus:
- These feathers function like darts (ranged, finesse, thrown, etc.) but weigh 0 and break after a single use.
- You regrow all spent feathers when you finish a Short or Long Rest.
Mimicry
You can accurately mimic sounds you have heard, including voices. A creature that hears the sounds you make can tell they are imitations only with a successful Wisdom (Insight) check against a DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier.
Limited Regeneration
Once per Long Rest, if you take damage from a source that is not silver, you regain 10 hit points at the start of your next turn.
