- Increase your Constitution score by 1, up to a maximum of 20.
- You are immune to disease and to being aged magically, and your maximum lifespan is doubled.
- You have resistance to necrotic damage.
- You gain advantage on death saves when you have two failed saves.
- Your penalty from being restored to life (such as by raise dead or resurrection) is only -2.
