General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Charisma 13+)

You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Fame. You have Advantage on Charisma-based skill checks during your first interaction with any creature whose Intelligence is greater than 4.

Sympathy Pains. When you would take damage at the start of your turn, you can force an enemy within 20 feet of you that can see you to make a Charisma saving throw or take the damage instead. The enemy you target with this ability must have a Challenge Rating below your current level. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus and regain all expended when you finish a Long Rest. The saving throw for this ability is equal to 8 plus your Proficiency Bonus plus your Charisma modifier.
