General Feat (Prerequisite: Level 4+, Strength or Dexterity 13+)
You gain the following benefits.
Ability Score Increase. Increase your Dexterity or Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
Full Draw. If you are wielding a Longbow or Shortbow, the weapon has the Finesse property for you, allowing you to use either your strength or dexterity modifier when rolling for attacks and damage.
Masterful Technique. When using a Longbow or Shortbow, you may use the weapon's mastery property. When you hit an enemy with one of these weapons, you may choose to use the mastery property slow, vex or sap instead of the weapon's usual property.
