Lingering Injury: Lost an Eye

You have suffered a great wound, which has resulted in the following Lingering Injury:

Lost an Eye. You have disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on sight and on ranged attack rolls. If you have no eyes left after sustaining this injury, you are permanently Blinded.

Magical healing of 7th level or higher, such as Regenerate, can restore a lost eye. Alternatively, a magical Ersatz Eye can suppress the effects of this injury while it remains equipped.
