Severance: When a body part (arm, leg, etc.) is severed, you take 1d4 + your Constitution modifier in damage.
•Control: As a bonus action, you can move your severed limb, but only 1 limb at a time. (e.g., attack, retrieve, hold).
Disadvantage on Rolls: While a limb is detached, you suffer disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity ability checks and saving throws especially if they require two limbs or coordinated movement.
Reattached Body Part: A severed body part can be reattached. DC 12 Medicine check must use necrotic damage for Healing.
Restoring a Destroyed Body Part:If a body part is destroyed, you can use an undead body part from a compatible humanoid or your own race (at least one day old).
•Requires a DC 16 Medicine check must use necrotic Damage for healing.
Prone Condition: If you lose two or more limbs (such as both legs), you are prone until the parts are reattached or replaced.
•If your head is severed, you are completely prone and incapacitated until reattachment.
