Lunar Dragon Bond 2.0

Staring at the 1st level you gain a level 1 bonded Lunar Dragon. You may telepathically communicate with your bonded dragon while you are within the bond range.

Starting at the 1st level you may add Detect Magic and all 0 EP Lunar Powers to your list of Powers known. These are in addition to the number of Lunar Powers added to your list of Powers known each level. The maximum amount of EP you can spend on the single use of a Power equals your Dragon Rider class level and you may only use Powers while you are within the bond range of your bonded dragon.

Radiant Resistance: Starting at 1st level, you gain resistance to radiant damage.

Repel Scourge: As an action, while within the bond range of your bonded dragon you can make your body emit stellar light, making your mere presence repel any creature with the Scourge type. Each Scourge with a challenge rating equal or less than your level, that can see or hear you within 30 ft. of you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 10 + your level, round up). If the creature fails its saving throw, it is turned for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. A turned creature must spend its turns trying to move as far away from you as it can, and it can’t willingly move to a space within 30 ft. of you. It also can’t take reactions. For its action, it can use only the dash action or try to escape from an effect that prevents it from moving. If there’s nowhere to move, the creature can use the dodge action. You may use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier and you regain all uses after finishing a long rest.

Radiant Immunity: Starting at 8th level, you gain immunity to radiant damage

Radiant Core: At the 20th level you have succeeded in making the ultimate connection with your dragon and its core. You gain your own core consisting of magical Lunar energy with a maximum EP of 17. You may use Powers that draw from your own core whether or not you are within bond range of your dragon.
