Great Weapon Chain

Upon taking this feat, a chain is attached to the handle of weapon you are wielding (must be a great weapon). Once per short/long rest you may use a bonus action to extend the reach of your melee attacks by 10 feet, for one turn. All AOE attacks that originate from the wielded weapon are applied and originate from the targeted Location. All conditions are applied.
