Unstable Mana

You no longer have Spell Slot's but instead pay a price in vitality as you have a overflowing amount of mana that burst violently out whenever you cast any spell

when you cast a 5th level spell or lower take damage equal to twice it's level and the same spell cant be cast for 10 rounds/1 minute.
