You can now Speak, Read, and Write Primordial.
As an action, without holding the wildmagic staff, you can cause a wildmagic surge rolling on the same table as the extreme wild magic table. Allowing you to essentially become a Living staff of Extreme Wild Magic.
If you hold the staff, it functions as normal, but you can cancel a wild magic surge from the staff if you don't like the outcome.
