You have embraced the unnatural, twisting the forces of life and air to your will. Your body is no longer bound by mortal limits, granting you the following abilities:

  • Dark Flight: You gain a flying speed of 30 feet. However, your flight is unnatural—spectral wings or shadowy wisps carry you. At the start of your turn, if you are flying, you must succeed on a DC 10 Charisma saving throw or descend 10 feet, as your power falters. If you are reduced to 0 hit points while flying, you fall immediately.

  • Possess the Living: As an action, you can project your spirit out of your body for up to 1 minute. While in this form:

    • Your body collapses into a lifeless husk.
    • Your spirit has a flying speed of 60 feet and can pass through objects (but not magical barriers).
    • You can attempt to possess a creature within 10 feet of you (once per turn). The target must make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be possessed by you for up to 1 minute. The target remains conscious but cannot control its body, while you act using its stats. It repeats the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If you take damage, you must make a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be forced back into your own body.
  • Aura of Decay: You exude an aura of unnatural chill. You gain resistance to cold and necrotic damage. Additionally, as a bonus action, you can exude a deathly chill in a 10-foot radius around you, forcing creatures of your choice in the area to make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take cold damage equal to your proficiency bonus and have disadvantage on their next attack roll. This effect lasts 1 minute and can be used once per long rest.

  • Grasping Winds: You can summon spectral winds infused with your malice. When a creature within 30 feet moves away from you, you can use your reaction to force it to make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failure, it is pulled 10 feet toward you and its speed is halved until the start of its next turn. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
