Increase your Constitution or wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

As an action, you can spend one Hit Die to heal yourself. Roll the die, add your Constitution modifier, and regain a number of hit points equal to the total (minimum of 1).

Alternatively, can expend one Hit Die to cure one disease or neutralize one poison affecting you. You can cure multiple diseases and neutralize multiple poisons with a single use, expending hit dice separately for each one.
