When you are at half-hit points or lower, you may be visited by Billy Blind, a helpful fey spirit. He wears very out-of-date clothing made of shiny fey materials that aren't quite silk or fine metals. Dark hair, bulbous nose, round cheeks, sharp fey ears, and adorable little dragonfly-like wings. He is of variable size, anywhere within the Tiny to Minuscule creature range. He is fully visible to the person he is bound to, but not to anyone else who does not have Truesight active.
(Note: Anyone who has the ability to Detect Magic or any other magic-sensing ability may see the little mote of light (but not see Billy Blind himself) entering Nel's body, on a successful Perception check. Truesight will allow the observer to see Billy Blind as he currently looks.)
Billy Blind lends you the ability to Rage, as per Barbarian rules, for a total of once per day per your fighter level.
