Prerequisite: Must be a humanoid slain by the Consume Energy attack of a jiangshi, become a wight by the effect, slay a Humanoid with your Life Drain attack, and be transformed into a jiangshi 5 days later. This replaces the Wight feat.
You have been transformed into a jiangshi and gain the following straits:
- Undead Nature - You are undead, you don’t require air.
- If not already of evil alignment then your alignment becomes lawful evil, neutral evil, or chaotic evil, whichever is closest to your current alignment, your alignment cannot become anything else but lawful evil, neutral evil, or chaotic evil.
- Your Strength and Constitution scores become 18 if they aren’t higher, your Dexterity score decreases by 7, and your speed is reduced by 10.
- You gain Darkvision up to 120 feet.
- You are immune to the charmed, poisoned, exhaustion, frightened, and paralyzed conditions.
- You gain proficiency in Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws.
- You gain a natural armor, when you aren’t wearing armor, your base AC is 15 + your Constitution modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield’s benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.
- You gain the Shape Change ability.
- You gain the Consume Energy and Slam attack, and you can attack three times, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Jiangshi Weaknesses. You gain the following flaws:
Fear of Your Own Reflection. If you see your own reflection, you immediately uses its reaction, if available, to move as far away from the reflection as possible.
Susceptible to Holy Symbols. While you are wearing or touching a holy symbol, you automatically fail saving throws against effects that turn Undead.
