Improved Dual wield

When making an attack with a weapon with the "light" (unless also using the Dual Wielder feat) attribute held in one hand, you may freely attack with a weapon with the same attribute held in the other hand (once per attack). Meaning at 1 attack you can attack with the off hand once, with the extra attack feat you can attack with both weapons once etc...
effects that trigger an attack instead attack with both weapons.
