Cranial Convergence

Some of the major functions of your head have been absorbed into your body. You can survive without your head attached. Your brain has been generalized through your nervous system, and if you require air or water to breathe, you can do so through your body. If you lose your head, you permanently have the Blinded and Deafened conditions and cannot speak, unless you have some other way of seeing and hearing and talking besides through your head. If you normally require food or water to survive, you will continue to do so.

While you are Bloodied, you have Disadvantage on Intelligence ability checks. After you gain this feat, your Intelligence score decreases by 1 if you lose a limb or a head for each of these body parts missing. This reduction can only be ended by regrowing that body part or a Wish spell.
