Boon of the Gods

The Wizard character blessed with this boon may know 25 spells in total.  Additionally, he or she may swap 1 spell with a new spell during every long rest.  Finally, the character may swap in a spell from another class if the player re-flavors the spell narratively to fit a Wizard.
