Infernal Contracts

You have been granted the devilish ability to create contracts using the infernal power of the bureaucracy of the hells. The contract's scribe can use this power to bind the soul of a mortal who signs the dotted line to the scribe's person and into the scribe's possession to use at the scribe's discretion until the end of time.

The scribe has also received a Contract Pen, crafted from the bone of a flayed human tortured for a hundred years and bejewelled with a crimson gem of unknown origins, that consumes 1gp that lasts for every 1 Infernal Contract written.
