Only one effect per use of eldritch blast
Eldritch blast now deals magical slashing damage and now deals 2d10
Hitting with eldritch blast lowers a targets movement speed by 5 ft until the start of your next turn.
you can forego Damage to impose one of these effects until end of their turn.
give target disadvantage on perception checks that use sight.
-3 to hit / -1 to their spell dc
create a lash between this another targets the lash that stops them from moving further than the lash was made (if the lash was made with the targets 15ft apart they cannot move farther than that without the other) the lash can either be broken with an attack 15hp 3ac or a dc15 Str save.
if the target is forcefully moved for each size category larger than the initial target the chain takes 7 damage.
