This effect stacks and can only be put out by spending an action to do so.
Ice: Two icy wings appear on your back as you gain a fly speed equal to your movement speed. any attack you make deals an additional 1d6 cold damage. Additionally you and all allies within 30 ft of you gain +2 to armor class. Enemies within 20 ft of you have their movement speed reduced by half.
