Blessing of the Ice Dragon

You learn to call forth the icey power of a white dragon to serve your commands. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Intelligence, Charisma or Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• When you roll cold damage for a spell you cast, you can reroll any roll of 1 on the cold damage dice, but you must use the new roll, even if it is another 1.
• Whenever you cast a spell that deals cold damage, a freezing fog seeps from you and fills a 15-foot-radius sphere centered around you, spreading around corners and under objects. A creature that ends its turn in the fog must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking (1d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A wind of at least 20 miles per hour disperses the fog. The fog otherwise lasts until your next turn.
