You have been afflicted with the dreaded curse of Lycanthropy, aint that a real pain in the ass? You have not yet mastered control of this curse or the deadly form that accompanies it, therefore your transformations and behavior during these transformations are unpredictable. At this point in your cursed journey you have the following transformation triggers/mechanics:
- Under the light of a full moon, you transform. If not directly in light or sight of the moon you must make a Wisdom saving throw DC15 every three hours the moon is out, upon a fail you transform
- At the DMs discression, a moment of high personal emotional distress/tension may prompt a DC15 Wisdom save to prevent a transformation
- If a critical hit occurs on a target that you can see, from an attack that would draw blood your wild senses kick in, make a DC15 Wisdom saving throw or transform. If you are the target of the critical hit make this save at Disadvantage
- If the Lycan who infected you commands you to transform, make a DC20 wisdom saving throw or transform
- While transformed you are feral and out of control, at the start of a turn you are transformed make a DC15 Wisdom saving throw to gain control of your actions for 1D4 rounds of combat. If you fail the roll you must use your full turn to move towards and attack the nearest target, if a creature damaged you this round move toward that target instead. While out of control you may make the Wisdom save at the top of each of your turns to gain control
- If you are hit with an attack that deals damage while you are transformed you must make a Wisdom saving throw DC equal to half the damage you took, with a minimum of 10. Regardless of if you have control at the time, this method of losing control negates that and overrides any remaining turns of control you have
