Greater Twilight Dragonmark

Prerequisite: Level 8+, Twilight Dragonmark Feat

You gain the following benefits.

• Otherworldly Intuition.  Increase your Wisdom score by 1, to a maximum of 20. Using Twilight Sagacity when supplementing a Wisdom Saving throw rolls 1d6 instead of 1d4.

• Eye of Twilight. Casting Twilight Burst expends one of your Hit Point Dice and roll it. You gain a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to the number rolled, and one creature of your choice within 30 feet of you (not including you) takes Force damage equal to the number rolled. You can use this benefit a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

• Baleful Reckoning. Learn Baleful Blink, level 3 spell and Baleful Resonance, level 5 spell. These spells are cast by expending 1 Hit Die for each spell level above 1 (i.e. to cast your 3rd level spell, you must spend 2 hit dice). Immediately after casting the spell, roll the amount of expended Hit Dice. You take damage equal to the number rolled. Once you cast it, you must finish a Long Rest before you can cast it again. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
