The Harengon Rogue with Criminal background is not adding the modifiers correctly. The granted Alert feat should add +2 to Initiative and the Hare-Trigger species trait should add the proficiency bonus to the initiative. Right now one of those is not getting added. So, this feat is a "dummy" feat to provide the +2 initiative roll bonus that is missing.
