Prerequisite: You must have died and been restored through a unique loophole or bargain, not by resurrection magic.
You have been pulled back from the brink of true death, but you are no longer fully among the living. You gain the following benefits and traits:
- Undying Resilience. You have advantage on death saving throws. Additionally, you no longer need to eat, drink, or breathe, although you may do so if you wish.
- Unliving Nature. You are considered both humanoid and undead for the purpose of spells and effects (whichever is more detrimental to you at the time). You can’t be turned or controlled by effects that specifically target undead.
- Touched by the Grave. You have resistance to necrotic damage.
- Grave’s Mark. Your body shows subtle or overt signs of your unliving nature — pale skin, cold touch, shadowed eyes, etc. You have disadvantage on Charisma (Deception) checks to appear fully alive to creatures who can see or interact closely with you, but advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks against creatures that fear the undead.
