Prerequisite: Dexterity 13 or higher
“A warrior’s hair is not merely vanity — it is an extension of the body, a lash of will and steel.”
You have mastered the rare and deadly art of weaving small blades into your braided hair, transforming it into a living weapon that lashes out with both beauty and precision. Whether honed through martial tradition, secret assassin training, or sheer personal flair, your tressed arsenal is always ready to strike.
You gain the following benefits:
-
Braided Weaponry. You can incorporate small weapons (such as daggers, darts, or similarly sized blades) into your braided hair, turning it into a versatile weapon. While wielding a light weapon woven into your hair, you can make melee weapon attacks using your Dexterity modifier. The hair-weapon has the finesse and light properties and has a reach of 10 feet.
-
Bonus Action Strike. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action to make one attack with the weapon woven into your hair, either as a melee attack (reach 10 ft.) or by throwing the weapon as part of the attack (range 20/60 ft.).
-
Reactive Strike. When a creature you can see attacks you or an ally within 20 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make one melee or ranged attack with the braided weapon against the attacker.
-
Quick Retrieval. When you throw a weapon from your hair, you can draw and braid another small weapon from your person as part of the same bonus action or reaction (you must have the weapon accessible).
From a flurry of steel-tipped strands in close combat to a sudden dagger whipped across a battlefield, your hair becomes a symbol of grace and menace. To fight you is to risk being tangled in more than just steel — it is to face a weapon wielded with every flick of your head.
