As an action, you can give a rapid lecture to up to six creatures of your choice. Until the next dawn, or you take this action again, these creatures can use scrolls you create as though they were a wizard instead of their normal class. They can also understand anything you've written, regardless of language.
Additionally, when you cast a spell of 3rd level or lower that requires concentration, you may have the object from Manifest Mind concentrate on it instead. When you do, the spell's duration is reduced to a tenth, and the manifested object disappears once it ends. You may only do this once per long rest.
Finally, you have advantage on persuasion checks to convince others that you are, in fact, totally a goblin.
