You have walked the ancient, forgotten path—where fate, magic, and mortality intertwine. As a reward for your triumph and transcendence, the Witches' Road has gifted you a fragment of its eternal mystery: immortality not through invincibility, but through resilience beyond death.
Effects:
-
Undying Resilience. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you do not make death saving throws in the traditional manner. Instead:
-
On a successful death save, you immediately stabilize and regain hit points equal to ¼ of your total maximum HP (rounded down). You rise, gasping, as if the road itself refused your departure.
-
On a failed death save, rather than dying, your body falls into a deep, magical slumber for 2 hours. During this time:
-
You cannot be awakened by any means—no damage, spell, or divine intervention can stir you before the time is complete and no magical resistance or immunity to sleep will prevent this effect.
- Your body will act as if you are dead no pulse, no breathing but it will slowly starts repairing wounds and damages taken from the battle, and your soul is transported back to Nyxanah the Goddess of the Witchcraft & Magic and the one who governs the Witches Road keeping your soul safe until your next return.
-
After the 2 hours, you awaken with 1 HP, your body restored enough to continue.
-
If you are restrained, buried, or otherwise trapped, you remain unaware until you wake.
-
-
-
Eternal Echo. Your aging ceases. You no longer age naturally and cannot die from old age. Disease and poison still affect you normally, but you always stabilize unless disintegrated or destroyed outright.
- You now only need 4 hours of sleep to take the full long rest benefits and 30 minutes for short rest.
This feat marks you as one touched by the Witches’ Road—neither living nor dead, but something timeless in between.
