Prerequisite: Character must be Blind and have been Blind for some time.
Being blind, your other senses have honed to the point where sight is no longer needed to know your surroundings. You can sense living things out to 60 Feet. Anything further requires a Perception check to pinpoint the location, the further away the creature the harder the DC.
