You have mastered martial arts using a simple staff, sometimes called a bo. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Dexterity or Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• While you are holding a quarterstaff with two hands, you gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class.
• A quarterstaff has the finesse property when you wield it.

To gain the weapon benefits of this feat, equip a Kalashtar Staff or create your own similar weapon.
