You are unusually small for your species. Reduce your character size by one category, your character height is the base for your species before rolling any die modifiers.
Due to your unusual size, intelligent creatures tend to underestimate you. You have advantage on Persuasion checks, and disadvantage on Intimidation checks against larger intelligent creatures.
You can only take one of these feats (Huge, Large, Medium, Small, Tiny), and only during character creation.
At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat for free at character creation.
