Crimson Mending: Your mastery over subtle hemokinetic manipulation allows you to precisely control the life force within blood, enabling you to stitch wounds and restore vitality in others. As an action, you may attack with one of your blood blades and expend one of your Hit Dice. Roll the Hit Die + any damage dice associated with the attack, the creature regains hit points equal to the result plus your Constitution modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, OR until you've used up all of your hit dice. Whichever comes first.
Blood Sense: You instinctively sense wounded allies and creatures. You always know when a creature within 30 feet has less than a quarter of its maximum Hit Points remaining. You also always know where it is within 30 ft, as if you have blind-sense.
