You become the embodiment of the storm, imbuing your rage with the following benefits: 

As part of the Bonus Action you take to enter your Rage, you can teleport a distance equal to your Speed. This effect replaces Instinctive Pounce.

While raging, you have resistance to Lightning & Thunder damage

When making a Reckless Attack, you may choose to deal either Thunder or Lightning damage with your Frenzy ability. Imbues the following effects:

• Lightning - When you roll damage for this ability, you can treat any 1 or 2 on a damage die as a 3
• Thunder - Each creature in a 5-foot Emanation originating from your target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + 2 + STR) taking damage equal to your Frenzy bonus on a failure or half as much damage on a successful one.
