Increase your Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma Score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
As an Action, you assume the shape of a beast of 1/2 CR or lower that you choose. Your clothes and anything you are wearing is absorbed into the form. Once you have chosen a creature, you cannot choose any other creature for this feature. While shapeshifted into this creature, you use your HP, Intelligence Score, Wisdom Score and Charisma Score. You keep your alignment and personality. All your skills and proficiencies are available to you as well as those of the chosen beast and use your Proficiency Score when calculating Proficiencies. You cannot cast spells while in this form, but can concentrate on spells that were cast before shapeshifting. You can use any class, race or other abilities that your form would support (determined by DM) and the form does not require concentration. You can make this transformation an number of times equal to your Proficiency Score and the form lasts for 1 hour, or until you dismiss it with a Bonus Action.
