Flaw - Phobia Image

FLAW. This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at level 1.  If you do, you may also gain a second feat, or increase two of your ability scores by +1 (or one by +2).  If you choose to increase any scores, you cannot choose to increase any score affected by the Flaw.  Some flaws can be overcome in time, with role-played work towards that end.  Others might be overcome by a high-level Cleric, but the cost might involve a side quest or a great amount of money.

You are terrified of a certain thing or creature type.  At the start of each of your turns when you become aware of your phobia you must conduct a s DC 15 Wis Save or suffer from the CAUSE FEAR.

If fail the WIS Sav you gain the frightened condition whenever you are within 60 feet of the object of your phobia, or when you are experiencing that condition.

If your DC 15 Wis Save is less than 7, you suffer from the FEAR.

While frightened by this spell, a creature must take the dash action and move away from you by the safest available route on each of its turns, unless there is nowhere to move. If the creature ends its turn in a location where it doesn’t have a line of sight to you, the creature can make a Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the spell ends for that creature

While you have the Frightened condition, you experience the following effects.

Ability Checks and Attacks Affected. You have Disadvantage on Ability Check and Attack Roll while the source of fear is within line of sight.

Can’t Approach. You can’t willingly move closer to the source of fear.

Nat 1 You go berserk. This berserk state ends at the start of your next turn or if there are no creatures within 60 feet of you that you can see or hear.

While berserk, you regard the creature nearest to you that you can see or hear as your enemy. If there are multiple possible creatures, choose one at random. On each of your turns, you must move as close to the creature as possible and take the Attack action, targeting the creature. If you’re unable to get close enough to the creature to attack it with the weapon, your turn ends after you’ve used up all your available movement. If the creature dies or can no longer be seen or heard by you, the next nearest creature that you can see or hear becomes your new target.
