Distant Flow

You have learned to extend the reach of your ki and your body, letting your strikes and techniques flow farther than others thought possible. You gain the following benefits:

• Extended Strikes: The reach of your unarmed strikes increases by 5 feet. You can still only make an opportunity attack when a creature leaves the range of your unarmed strike.
• Far Ki Techniques: When you use a Monk feature that requires a creature to be within 5 feet of you (such as Stunning Strike or Hand of Harm), you can increase the range of that ability to 10 feet. You must still make a successful melee weapon attack to apply the effect.
• Ki Projection: When you use your Deflect Missiles feature, you may now return the missile to a creature within 60 feet (up from 20 feet).
• Empowered Ranged Ki: If you have a Monk feature that allows you to make ranged spell-like or ki-based attacks (such as Sun Bolt from Way of the Sun Soul or Fangs of the Fire Snake from Way of the Four Elements), their range increases by 20 feet. Additionally, if the ability has an area of effect, increase the radius or length of the effect by 5 feet.
