You refuse to give in to your dhampir cravings after at least 24 hours. At level 1, a "feed" is consuming the raw flesh of two small animals or one medium animal. All conditions disappear when you feed.
24 hours without feed. Your CON modifier decreases by 1 (this decrease does affect HP and your Fanged Bite).
48 hours without feed. Your STR modifier decreases by 1.
72 hours without feed. You are Exhausted 1. You are unable to take a long rest.
96 hours without feed. You are Exhausted 3.
120 hours without feed. You are unconscious and must make death saving throws. If you are healed or succeed your saving throws, you are at 1 HP, you have -3 to CON and STR, and are exhausted 5.
144 hours without feed. You die.
