When you use Accursed Caress on a creature already under that curse’s effect, you can drive them deeper into the cravings of your accursed hunger. If a creature fails its saving throw against your Accursed Caress while it is already cursed, the creature also has disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws for as long as it remains cursed.
