Buggy's Prestige 1 Feature
You've mastered the art of the con better than any other alive. You gain proficiency with disguise kits.
As an action, you can expend a Psionic Energy die to link and subsequently rack the mind of yourself and another creature you can see. Both you and the target are placed under the Bane spell for one minute or until your lose concentration.
Additionally, if you spend at least one minute directly interacting with a humanoid or fey outside of combat, you can gleam two of the following pieces of information (your choice) based on their outward appearance and mannerisms:
- Their homeland, if it exists.
- Their class levels, if any.
- Their level of wealth.
- Their overall physical health.
- Their disposition towards you and any visible companions.
