Wyrdstone Horror, When you gain this boon, you must choose your True form, which will represent the nature of the mutation within you.
This True form will be a permanent feature and will evolve as this boon evolves.
At level one, you will choose between the 9 basic adaptations, they are divided into 3 natures: Defensive, Offensive and Utility.
Defensive nature
Chitinous Shell, When you have this transformation you always gain +1 AC.
1, Dense - With this adaptation if you are not wearing heavy armor, gain an additional +1 AC, your walking speed is reduced by 10 feet.
2, Spiky - With this adaptation if you are not wearing medium or heavy armor, you gain the following:
- When a creature within 5 feet hits you with a melee attack, that creature takes 3 percing damage.
- When you make a successful grapple against a creature, that creature takes 3 pericing damage.
3, Thick - With this adaptation you gain temporary hitpoints equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1).
Offensive nature
Eldritch Limbs, When you have this transformation you always roll a d6 for your unarmed strikes.
1, Quills - With this adaptation your unarmed strikes deal piercing damage and has the weapon property of Vex. The quills can also be thrown with a range of 20/60 feet and rapidly regrow after being used.
2, Razors - With this adaptation your unarmed strikes deal slashing damage and has the weapon property of Nick.
3, Clubs - With this adaptation your unarmed strikes deal bludgeoning damge and has the weapon property of Push.
Utility nature
Enhanced ability, When you have this transformation you always gain +5 feet to your walking speed.
1, Barbs - With this adaptation if you are not encumbered, your climbing speed is equal to your walking speed.
2, Eldritch eye - With this adaptation you grow an extra eye anywhere on your body, you gain darkvision 60 feet, if you already have darkvision you instead gain truesight 30 feet.
3, Camoflauge - With this adaptation you gain advantage on Dexterity stealth checks
