You gain the following benefits. 

Split Mind. When casting a spell that requires concentration, as a bonus action, you may cast another spell that requires concentration, and hold both concentrations at once, up to a maximum of 2 spells at once. Once 1 of the spell ends you may continue casting the other, and/or begin casting another concentration spell. While using 2 concentrations spells at once you have disadvantage on concentration saving throws.
