Time Time Feat

The user of this Feat will gain the ability to see a vision forward or backward in time a number of times in each 24-hour period, which is equal to a 1d4 roll each 24 hours. The duration will be the inverse of the roll. Ex: a (1d4)roll of 1 will get one use of the Feat for up to 4 minutes (user can elect to end the viewing at any time, but if doing so before their full tine has elapsed the player will forfeit any remaining time for that individual use).....or a roll of 4 will allow four uses of up to 1 minute. (Feat does not scale with level)
