Your curse grants you supernatural endurance, but at a terrible cost.
Undying Nature. When you would be reduced to 0 hit points, you can choose to instead be reduced to 1 hit point. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Curse's Burden. If you fail all your death saving throws, you don't die. Instead, you appear dead until the next dawn, when you return to life with 1 hit point. When you return to life this way, you gain 2 levels of exhaustion that can't be removed until you finish a long rest.
Advantage on Death Saves. You have advantage on death saving throws.
