Desert Siren: Increase your Charisma score by 1, up to a maximum of 20.
Raised in the lawless sands and tempered by cunning, you have learned to profit from magic, deception, and the trade of secrets. Your presence is as seductive as it is dangerous, like a poisonous flower among the ruins.
Eye for Leverage: You can make an Insight check DC creature's Charisma after 1 minute of conversation. If you succeed, you gain a key piece of information:
Something they desire
Something they fear
Who they respect or fear
Or a current hidden emotion
You can use this a number of times equal your proficiency bonus per long rest
The person must want to talk to you and it cannot be used against PCs
Everyone has a price, a fear, a desire. You just have to look closely.
Glimpse Beyond the Veil: You can learn one conjuration spell from any list (up to your current spell slot level maximum). You can cast it only once per long rest using your Charisma.
You do not need to know it or have it prepared. It requires a short ritual or meditation before sleeping to decide which one it will be.
The Veil whispers to me what I cannot yet control.
Velvet Chains: When you conjure a creature, you can attempt to impose your will directly. Make a Charisma check (Persuasion or Intimidation, your choice) against 10 + the spell's level. If successful, the creature has advantage on its first attack or action.
You don't need shackles when your will is enough.
Sandbound Servant: You have learned to shape small fragments of the Veil into obedient forms. You gain the find familiar spell and can cast it once per long rest without expending a spell slot. It is considered a Charisma spell, and you do not need any material components to cast it.
In addition:
Your familiar can assume a slightly unnatural form (white eyes, no shadow, whispers when moving, etc.).
You can see and hear through your familiar at any distance while you are on the same plane, but when you do so, those looking at you notice a strange glow in your pupils.
You have advantage on Charisma checks to intimidate or deceive while your familiar is on your shoulder, hidden, or participating in the scene (such as spying or stealing).
From the sands and shadows, a faithful companion rises at my call.
