You are now immune to all diseases, the poisoned condition, poison damage, and are now resistant to necrotic damage, If you were already resistant to necrotic damage, then you become immune. Once per long rest, as a bonus action, you can make a creature within 120 feet of you susceptible to disease and poison. For 1 minute, this negates all the target’s immunities to disease and poisons, gives disadvantage on saving throws, and makes the target vulnerable to necrotic and poison damage.
