Expert Telepath

After training your ability to touch upon the minds of others, you have been granted the following benefits:

• Enhanced Telepathy. When you communicate with a creature telepathically that creature is now able to respond telepathically back to you, this benefit lasts for 1 minute after you telepathically spoke with that creature or until you spoke to a different creature telepathically. Furthermore, when communicating telepathically you can send both images and sounds that you have witnessed before.
• Mental Fortitude. You may cast Detect Thoughts one additional time without require components or the expenditure of spell slots as described in the Telepathic feat. Furthermore, while concentrating on Detect Thoughts you may use your action to begin focusing on a second creatures mind without shifting your attention away from the first.
• Affect Thoughts. While detecting the thoughts of a creature through Detect Thoughts, as an action by communicating telepathically, you may cast the Suggestion spell without expending a spell slot or using material components. Regardless of whether the creature passes or fails the Suggestion saving throw, the save Detect Thoughts then ends. Your spellcasting ability for the spell is the ability increased by the Telepathic feat.
