Your grip on grappled creatures is like a vice. You gain the following benefits:
Your strength score increases by 1
Tough squeeze: when you grapple a creature, choose one of these alternative effects:
Choking grip: the creature must make a strength saving throw or be strangled. After a number of rounds equal to its constitution modifier, it falls unconscious. It may repeat the saving throw at the start of each of it's turns, and this has no effect if the target does not need to breath, or if it has more heads than you have arms.
painful grasp: the opposing creature takes 1d4 damage at the start of its turn until this grapple ends. In addition, when it takes this damage, it must choose between taking an action, or bonus action on it's turn, unless it succeeds on a constitution saving throw.
Carry: If the creature is the same size as you or smaller, you lift it. You can move your full movement speed while carrying them, and the creature has disadvantage on attacks against you.
The DC for any saving throws a creature has to make against these special grapples is DC 8 + str + proficiency bonus.
