Gallant Charger

5th-Level Cavalier Bonus Feature

At 5th level, your mastery of mounted combat allows you to strike with precision and evade retaliation

While mounted, when you move into melee range of a creature and attack within the same turn, you can use the disengage action as a reaction on that same turn. This allows you to swiftly maneuver the battlefield without provoking opportunity attacks at the sacrifice of your reaction.
